Coreldraw is a very good flyer template designing application. Professional designers use coreldraw to design professional quality flyer templates. I have designed a general purpose coreldraw flyer template and uploaded it here. It is totally free. You can download this coreldraw flyer template for free and can use it for whatever purpose you want. I have designed this flyer template myself so there are not duplication issues possible.
This coreldraw flyer template has 5 image slots available in it which means you can put 5 images in this flyer template. There is a left bar along with the flyer which contains flyer title. I don’t think any other flyer template can have so prominent title as this flyer template has. Above the flyer title, there is a star burst to show your limited time offers or similar.
Unlike other flyer templates, this flyer has a text area and a main text highlights area. You can choose your marketing highlights and can put them in the right side text highlights area. General text area can be enlarged by sacrificing the main flyer image size. The bottom image can be replaced with your address or contact us area.
This flyer template is very professional and if you have a very little knowledge of coreldraw, you can easily edit it. I have save this flyer template in coreldraw 9.0 format so even if you have old versions of coreldraw, you can still use this flyer template. You can also edit this flyer in any other software application which can import CDR files. I believe adobe illustrator also supports importing cdr files. So you can also use adobe illustrator to edit this flyer template.

A5 Flyer means a 5.8 Inch X 8.3 Inch flyer which is commonly used in marketing campaigns. A5 flyers have relatively low cost due to less paper used. On the other hand, if a good A5 flyer template is used, you can comfortably include all your marketing material inside A5 dimensions. I have received a plenty of requests to post a free A5 flyer template on flyers templates.com therefore I decided to design a general purpose A5 flyer template to post here.
This A5 flyer template is designed by me so it is totally free to use. You don’t need to worry about any copyright issue while using this flyer template. You don’t need any professional designing software to publish this flyer, all you need is MS Word installed on your personal computer. This template is fully compatible with old versions of M Word as well so you don’t even need the new MS Word to edit it. I have only used the shapes available inside MS word instead of using external images therefore the flyer template is light in size and can be download instantly.

Basically there are four editable text sections inside this A5 flyer template. First one is title of Flyer template. Next to that is a text paragraph area in which you can write your initial marketing statement. Third one is the bullets text area in which you can mention your main marketing points. The final area is again a text area in which you can write your current offers and closing marketing sentences. Adobe Photoshop is a professional designing tool which is often used to design flyer templates by professional flyer designers. Adobe Photoshop has a different design approach from vector art based flyer designers like Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator. Instead of using vector (point to point) based lines, Adobe Photoshop uses layers. A layer can be transparent so a number of layers can be placed on one another in order to create a beautiful flyer and each layer can be edited independently without affecting other layers.
The printable flyers are often sent to the printers in form of PDF files and Photoshop is capable of exporting your flyer to a PDF file. If you are designing a flyer for a small scale or internal use then you can find thousands of free images on internet which you can use in your flyer. You can make these images transparent in Photoshop easily using the magicwand tool or using the transparency rubber tool. It is not necessary to purchase latest Photoshop version. A flyer template is not a very advanced thing to design so even old versions of Adobe Photoshop can comfortably serve your flyer designing purpose.
If you are willing to design an E-Flyer-template then you should probably go for Adobe Acrobat Writer. Most of the E-Flyer Templates are distributed in form of PDF files. PDF files are much more compact than other E-Flyer formats. If your budget doesn’t allow you to purchase Adobe Acrobat Writer then I got a trick for you. You can download open source pdf printer tools which can be used as virtual printers. PDF or portable document file is a commonly used file format to share documents across the web. Therefore it is often required to convert flyers into pdf files. Adobe Writer is the official tool to create pdf files but the user interface of Adobe writer is suitable for documents only. It is very difficult to create flyers using Adobe writer interface. I am sharing a trick which I have found a while ago. Adobe writer comes with a virtual printer called pdf printer. This pdf printer can act just like an original printer except that it prints the input into a pdf file. The good thing is, the output will be exactly like you have on your design interface or the projected printing output of the flyer using a standard printer. You got the trick? Yes you can use whichever application you like to design your flyer, all you need to do is to select the virtual pdf printer as your printer selection while printing your flyer. When you will click on “Print” button, a document save window will appear which will let you save your pdf flyer file on your disk drive. I have heard that some free virtual pdf printers are also available online which can be used to convert your flyer into pdf as well. However make sure you have most updated your antivirus software before you download any of the free stuff.
By installing some pdf printing drivers like Adobe writer, you will also notice a “Print to PDF” option available which serves the same purpose. This trick saves a lot of time and efforts and will let you bypass the typical document interface while designing your pdf flyer.

It is impossible to consider a flyer template collection complete without party flyer templates. We do have to invite our friends and relatives on various daily life parties. An example can be a birthday party, an engagement party, a day to day tea party or a Halloween party. A single phone call to invite a friend or relative is probably not the best thing to do. You can put a twist by printing out a beautiful party flyer using your regular color printer. You don’t have to be a designer to create a party flyer; all you need is a bunch of predesigned party flyer templates, a PC and a regular color printer. Advertising flyers are necessary for every business. We can say that advertisement is soul of a business. No matter how good your product or service is, if you don’t introduce it to public, no one is going to buy it. Advertising flyers are the best way to introduce your products and services within your market. When I got my first advertising flyer printed, I spent a lot of money on it. That was because I was unaware of the whole process. But now when I am gone through the whole advertising flyer printing process various times, I am confident that I can get them printed in almost one third of the cost I spent the very first time. Under my experience, Flyer designing has the largest share in the cost of whole advertising flyer printing process. You first go to a designer with your product data and the text content of your advertising flyer. The designer will show you some flyers templates based upon the idea you gave him. You will select a flyer template and then the designer will give you a date. You will drive to the designer’s office and will get your final advertising flyer. I am not sure about the cost of designing process in your area but in my area, I had to pay $200 to $600 depending upon the advertising flyer size. I seriously wanted to avoid this designing cost so I analyzed the whole flyer designing process. I concluded that the key factor in the whole flyer designing process is the advertising flyers templates collection which the designer showed me the very first time. Although the templates the designer showed me were only editable in high tech designing applications like Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw which I couldn’t edit.
